Each family member or friend who wants to send photos will need to download the Uhale app. It's completely free and available on both the App Store (iOS) and Google Play Store (Android). Just search for “Uhale” and install it in a few seconds.

Create an Account and Link the Frame

After installing the app, open it and sign up using an email address or mobile number. Once logged in, tap on “Add Device”. You’ll be prompted to enter a Pairing Code, which you can find directly on the frame’s settings under the “Connect App” section. Once entered, that user will now be linked and able to send content directly to the frame.
